Lolkje fan de Praktykskoalle (Sapphire)

Sapphire is a Ster mare, born on March 9, 1995. She is a Meier daughter, and a Lammert granddaughter,out of Grietsje fan de Praktykskoalle. 

Sapphire stands 16 hands tall and has the sweetest, most gentle disposition of any horse on our farm.  She has competed at second level dressage, training at third level.  Her best friend is the now young man shown with her in many of the photos.   Her outstanding disposition and phenomenal movement are passed on to her foals.

 Sapphire has produced four beautiful foals, three of which were born at Starlit Ridge --

Eramis, a 2001 colt by Wander
 

Luna, a 2003 filly by Anne.

Zeppelin, a 2007 colt by Sytse.
