Zeppelin Dec 2, 2009

Zeppelin is now residing at an amazing new home in Sangerville, Maine, with Jody, Rick, and his new friend Ekko. He also gets to spend time with his Uncle Douwe. Watch Zeppelin's progress with trainer Sandra Beaulieu and visit his blog !

From the time Zeppelin was born, we knew he was something very special.  He has his mother's sweet, gentle nature and phenomenal movement. He has a graceful neck and refined head. He is an extremely smart horse and a very quick learner.  Zeppelin is an exceptional boy with phenomenal movement.  We miss him terribly, but we know he is going great places!  Good luck Zepp!

Lady Lyoness (Lia) Dec 2, 2009

Lia at her new home with JoAnne, Mike, Brayton, and Caroline. A wonderful, forever home in Hartford, New York. In 2008, Lia gave birth to a fabulous colt, Barculo, by Nanning! Congratulations!

 Lia is a full-papred mare out of our first-premie Ster Mare by the approved Stallion, Remmelt 323. 

Maximus Dec 2, 2009

Maximus is out of Nijn by the approved stallion Jillis.  His grandfather is Rypke.  He  was imported from Holland and is trained in entry-level dressage as well as carriage driving.

He is a 16.2 hand gentle giant with lots of mane, forelock and tail.  He is a fantastic mover and loves to work.

Luna is out of our Ster Mare, Sapphire by the approved stallion, Anne. This breeding was so special, Luna was actually sold in utero!  

Eramis Dec 2, 2009

Eramis is a colt out of our Ster mare, Sapphire by the approved stallion Wander 352.  He has an independent look at me attitude and fabulous trot, just like his mother.  Eramis is now making his home in the warm climate of Mexico.

Arianna Dec 2, 2009

Arianna is a full-papered mare.  She was the first foal born on Starlit Ridge Farm.  She is out of our first premie Ster mare, Titia, by the approved stallion Yk 339.  She was constantly surrounded by people and would follow us around like a puppy.  She was easily trained, because she just wanted to please.  She loves to swim.  She is now a Mom and is living in Arizona.  She continues to melt the hearts of all that know her.

Sytske fan Sinherhus Dec 2, 2009

Sytske is a full-papered mare by the approved stallion, Lute.  She was born in the Netherlands on August 7, 1997, to the approved stallion Lute (see photo below) and the Ster mare Frankje.

She is a baroque-style Friesian with a muscular build, beautiful head and neck, and a long, flowing mane, and her tail reaches the ground!

She is now residing with Paula and Ben in New Hampshire where she is the Queen every day - just as it should be,

Isabeau is a full-papered Pyt (Pete) daughter.  The horse is so smart she is almost human (don't tell her she isn't)!

Rooster's Rimrock Dec 2, 2009

Rocky is now living with his new western pal, Heather.

Rooster's Rimrock is a paint gelding registered with
the American Paint Association. He was born May 15, 2005, by Rooster's Wave out of Orphan Annie (Cheyanne). Rocky's mother is registered with the American Quarter Horse Association nd the National Foundation Quarter Horse Association. She is from 90% foundation stock. Rocky's father is registered with the American Paint Association.
