Honey For Sale. Our bees are the real work horses of our farm...

Our honey is now being carried locally at the Battenkill Valley Creamery in Salem, New York.

There is nothing more flavorful than some pure raw honey straight from the Honey Bee Hives of Starlit Ridge Farm in upstate New York.  Tim manages the Starlit Ridge Apiary organically and without pesticides.  We do not pasteurize the honey as that would remove many of the beneficial nutrients and enzymes.  

Our delicious honey is produced solely from our apiary located on Starlit Ridge Farm, and unlike commercial honey produced  on bee farms where bees are controlled within certain areas to get pollen from only one kind of flower, Starlit Ridge Honey is produced  by an apiary that captures nectar and pollen from our extensive floral and organic vegetable gardens.  

This is a premium product with limited annual yields.  Customers are most likely to find adequate supplies in the early fall months of the year, so please contact us in July and August to preorder your large orders.  Prices will vary somewhat year-to-year due to weather conditions which often dictate supply levels. 

We currently offer our honey packaged in the traditional One Pound Jars as shown here - each Jar priced at $10.00.  Shipping is an extra cost depending on quantity, speed of delivery required, and your zip code; so, please contact us with your request, and we will calculate a total cost for you.
